POLICIES
Due to the large number of no calls and no shows I must regretfully state I can no longer hold goats for free for any extended periods. I will hold a goat for free for a
maximum of 48 hours only to those who are "serious" and to who I agree to hold them for. All other goats require a non-refundable $50 non-refundable deposit to hold
up to 7 days. Deposits may be made via paypal after we agree on my holding them for you. Thereafter $50 per each remaining 7 days to hold...nonrefundable. To hold
for 30 days max a non-refundable deposit of half the goats amount must be paid. I will not sell a pregnant doe and hold her until after kidding. All pregnant does will be
pulled prior to kidding and relisted after kidding if not sold far enough in advance. If an appointment is made to see a goat and something comes up you must CALL and
notify us ahead of time. We will not make future appointments with those who have no called and no showed on us as it has happened too often in past and was a wasted
day for us. Common courtesy is required. We promise to be here if an appointment is made as imagine how you'd feel if you showed up and no one was home. All sales
are final. Regarding transport you are always welcome to pick up your goat at our farm. I will try to accommodate and transport in some cases also.
Paypal payments must use the PERSONAL/OTHER options so buyer incurs fees. If you wish to pay via money order please let me know right away and I will agree to
wait 3 days for it to arrive via mail.
